Navigator
Job Description:
The Navigator serves as a key resource for families, guiding them through the myriad services and support available to them during pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting. Additionally, they will assist families in accessing resources, providing education, and ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood.
- Must be willing to travel

- Flexibility may be required for events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of maternal and infant health issues and available community resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using computer applications for documentation and communication.
- Bilingual/Multilingual skills are a plus, depending on community needs.
- Flexibility may be required for events and community outreach activities.
Youth Care Staff
Provide care, supervision, and support to children and youth in a residential shelter setting

Monitor and guide resident behavior to promote positive habits and ensure safety

Serve as a positive role model using mature judgment and professional boundaries

Assist residents with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and recreational activities

Implement physician and program directives, including medication management
-
Conduct admission intakes, clothing inventory, and behavior documentation
-
Plan and supervise indoor/outdoor and community-based recreational activities
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment within the shelter
-
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and outside professionals
-
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and team care planning
-
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and manage food supply inventory
-
Support shelter operations including laundry, facility maintenance checks, and shift coverage
-
Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and agency policies

Must be dependable, flexible with scheduling, and able to work various shifts

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; experience with youth preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive day or night
Mental Health Professional

Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices

Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress

Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care

Offer crisis intervention and psychoeducation as needed

Attend supervision, staff meetings, and required trainings

Maintain LPC licensure and adhere to ethical standards

Support clients in accessing community resources
Case Management (BHCMII)

Provide case management services to clients with behavioral health needs

Assess client strengths, needs, and support systems to develop individualized service plans
-
Coordinate care across providers, agencies, and community resources
-
Facilitate various groups in a variety of settings, including schools, community facilities, and youth shelter

Monitor client progress and update plans to reflect current needs
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and Medicaid standards
-
Advocate for clients and help them navigate systems of care

Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure comprehensive care

Must meet ODMHSAS qualifications for BHCM II (Bachelor’s in behavioral health field + 1 year relevant experience or qualifying certification)

Maintain required training and certification, including annual continuing education
Child Care Worker
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities: Looking for a caring and nurturing care provider to work in a dynamic environment with children.
Qualifications:-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or relevant coursework preferred.
-Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
-Other Requirements: Background check, CPR and First Aid certification. -Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
