Outreach Coordinator

Qualifications:·Bachelor’s in communications, social services, public relations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Experience in outreach, community engagement, or program coordination preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and public speaking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Valid driver’s license, phone, and reliable transportation required.Responsibilities:·Plan and coordinate outreach events (workshops, forums, presentations).

  • Develop and distribute outreach materials (print, web, social media).

  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers.

  • Deliver presentations on the organization’s mission and programs.

  • Track and analyze outreach data to inform strategies.

  • Support fundraising projects and attend continuing education as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Navigator

Job Description: 
The Navigator serves as a key resource for families, guiding them through the myriad services and support available to them during pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting. Additionally, they will assist families in accessing resources, providing education, and ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood. 
-    Must be willing to travel      -    Conduct intake assessments
-    Advocacy and education
-    Flexibility may be required for events and community outreach activities.  

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of maternal and infant health issues and available community resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds. 
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 
- Proficient in using computer applications for documentation and communication.  
- Bilingual/Multilingual skills are a plus, depending on community needs.  
- Flexibility may be required for events and community outreach activities.
